📅 Return Window:
You can request a return within 5 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging.
📸 Mandatory Unboxing Video:
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide a clear unboxing video starting from the package being sealed to fully opening the product.

Email us at support@mysmarthomes.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and unboxing video.

Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup via our courier partner.

After receiving and verifying the product, your refund will be processed within 7–15 working days.

Products returned without original packaging
Returns without a valid unboxing video
